Install scrcpy

With adb and therefore USB debugging activated on the android device plug in the USB connection to phone. In the PC as regular user start scrcpy in a console window.

A window pops up with the phones screen content and mouse navigatio support.

It can also use other displays

scrcpy --new-display=1920x1080
