Since it is not an official ebuild you must unmask it. Type: echo "app-editors/serna-free-bin ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
Type emerge serna-free-binto install it
Type emerge --unmerge serna-free-binto remove it
The application is in /opt/bin/serna/
