Since it is not an official ebuild you must unmask it. Type: echo "sci-calculators/nonpareil ~x86" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
Type emerge nonpareilto install it
Type emerge --unmerge nonpareilto remove it
The application is in /usr/local/bin/
